Donated Playground Surprise

The students and teachers of Kapalpal school have been on holidays and returned to the school year on Monday 13 February 2017. Over the January break a few volunteers were able to install some playground equipment that a local Australian council donated to the school. As you can imagine, the logistics of getting the equipment picked up, transported to the Brisbane docks, loaded onto cargo ships, transported to Port Vila taken through customs and onto to the Island of Tanna, then loaded onto trucks to get to the school was a massive task!! But the smiles on the kids faces is reward in itself, what a fantastic surprise to return to school with this equipment to play on.
